On February 19th I made a purchase with PayPal MasterCard. Returned everything, received a credit on March 1st, but onto my PayPal credit line. So on May 18th they reversed the refund on the credit line. I spent over two hours trying to explain that no matter where the charge/credit was placed I am still paying for items I don’t have. Is it me or is two charges, one credit equal I paid for the items? I was so upset I closed my MasterCard, that I have had for almost 20 years. The reps. treated me very poorly. Saying I just didn’t understand, that I overlooked the second credit. Downloaded the statements, I did not overlook it. I need help with this but don’t know how to get it. Also, I have the return slip.
