I have holds on money I've received from tips because paypal thinks they are paying for something I need to ship to them. But instead, my viewers are tipping me for just streaming and making content live for them to view. How the hell do I fix this? I am getting annoyed because I had to verify a 6 yr old PayPal account and then the money says it's pending till APRIL 5-15
