I subscribed to DigbyTathamWarter (tier 1) via PayPal and noticed I have two charges for the subscription on my PayPal and, subsequently, bank. I went back and checked I hadn't managed to double sub to Digby, but Twitch definitely says only one sub is active for the channel, and I haven't gifted any subs. I've tried to dispute one of the charges, but there is no option to do so from PayPal's page.
Does anyone know what is going on/how to dispute one of the charges/prevent it happening again?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can understand wanting to figure out what happened. I am sorry about that. If you were charged twice for something, I would recommend reaching out to the merchant or seller and request a refund. If you see that there is more than one subscription created, you will want to cancel the extra subscription by following these steps here.
