I made a purchase using Paypal, but not through my PayPal account as I did not have one.
I just used Paypal as the pipeline.
I am not sure the vendor was valid and would like to find out information as to the payment so that I can choose to allow the purchase or dispute the charge on my credit card.
How do you get in touch with someone to verify, without paying a fee?
