Trying to transfer money

I cashed out of my getupside app and sent the money I earned through PayPal. But I have not seen it show up. What happened?

If your payment is pending, it means that the recipient hasn’t accepted it yet. There are a few reasons why your payment might be pending:
1. The recipient hasn’t signed up for a PayPal account yet.
2. You sent money to an email address or phone number that the recipient hasn’t added to their PayPal account. As soon as they add this information to their account, they will receive your payment.
3. The recipient is still deciding whether they want to accept your payment.
4. The recipient hasn't confirmed their bank account.
If your payment is unclaimed/pending for 30 days or your payment was denied or refunded, you’ll get your money back.

In addition to that, here's how you can confirm your email address:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Update next to the email address you want to confirm.
3. Click Confirm this email and we'll send you an email.
4. In the email we send you, click the Confirm your email button. At that time, you’ll be directed to the PayPal login page to enter your password and finalize the email confirmation process.
Once your email address is confirmed, you can accept payments and the money you receive will show in your PayPal balance.

I don't have a fix to this paypal problem. Paypal does not acknowledgement of having any balance to redeem the cash that I earned from getupside. Paypal has acknowledged the cash transactions deposited from getupside but doesn't know where the money goes.
SOMEONE AT GETUPSIDE NEEDS TO CONTACT PAYPAL BECAUSE WE'RE LOSING TIME AND MONEY BY USING PAYPAL TO CASH OUT FROM GETUPSIDE!!! 😠
