I've been trying over the last 48hrs to pay for an item from Ebay. There is enough money in my Paypal account to cover this. I can log into Paypal and then press buy and it just loads and loads and loads with nothing happening. I have cleared my cashe in case this was a problem. Is anyone else having this problem please ?
