I’ve just tried crediting PayPal with a mypoints reward and am having a problem. mypoints is telling me I have to have a valid PayPal account... which I do. My information matches- I redeemed through Survey Junkie earlier today with no problems and have redeemed many gift cards with mypoints but never PayPal. I think I may have entered the wrong info on the mypoints to PayPal routing page (I linked to my PayPal cash debit). I need to go back to the mypoints PayPal routing page and enter my correct routing info but I can’t figure out how to do it. Can PayPal fix this issue? Mypoints keeps referring me back here even though the problem came on their page. Can anyone help? It would be much appreciated!
