Hello, I have been trying to send a payment to a seller located in US for the last week, but my payment won't be accepted. I have verified my debit card and still the payment cannot be processed. I have tried both through ebay and directly through PayPal (the seller has sent me an invoice). I have used 2 different debit cards (both of which are visas), but every time I try to pay, a message pops up, stating that my payment cannot be completed and that I should try to use a different card or account etc. My card are both loaded. Could you please help me? Thanks!
