Hi, I’m having trouble getting paid for the item I’ve send to the buyer. Problem is the buyer sent an additional 100 €, and now PayPal Is expecting that I send them 100 € from my own money (so they can send it back to the buyer), ONLY THAN can i get paid for the item. HOW CAN THIS BE SOLVED AND AVODIED AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE? This was never mentioned and I am not willing to send a 100€ now.
