Trouble With a Purchase

I was recently trying to purchase an item on Depop, but when I choose the Pay with PayPal option it sent me to a loading screen and then a message came up. It said something along the lines of: “we are having trouble processing your purchase through your PayPal account. Try another source.” And there was a blue button that said return to merchant. I have enough money in my account to pay for the item. I even tried sending money to the seller’s email. She also sent me an invoice. I’m not sure what the problem is. This has never been an issue before.

If you are paying via funds in your balance then...

 

are the funds in the correct currency?

are the funds cleared and not pending?

do you have a back up bank account or card linked to your account?

does the receiver have limitations on their account, you would need to ask them.

have you got any limitations, is your account verified?
