Travel agency refund

Hey guys. I hope you can help enlighten me. I booked a ticket last year using Paypal Credit from Opodo but obviously because of COVID-19, it was cancelled. I am still waiting for a refund until now and I've exhausted everything but I couldn't contact Opodo. Is it possible that Paypal could chase the refund for me?

You are covered for non receipt of item or item received but not as described up to 180 days post payment.

To open a dispute go and click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the report a problem link bottom of that details page.
