Transffering money

Hello. Please help me. I can’t transffer my money from PayPal to my bank account. They always say - we are sorry we can’t transffer your money at this time. What do I have to do? Please help me

Have you withdrawn to your bank account before?

Only from looking at the country list you can't withdraw to a local bank account in your country only a card.

The only exception is a US bank account.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

I’m from Latvia and I tried to transffer my money yesterday but they didn’t allow me to. I confirmed my bank account today and I tried to send money to my bank account again but all they say is - we are sorry we are unable to process sending money. What do i do? I need the money in my bank account asap

I Just transffered money to xoom. But sometimes paypal doesn’t allow me to transfer. I couldn’t do it few hours ago and now I can..
