Transferring to bank account

I have linked 2 bank accounts to my account and have verified both, however every time i try to transfer money into my account from my paypal account it tells me to check my information. What am I doing wrong?

You are transfering to a bank account and not a debit card are you?

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?
