Transfer to a friend issue !!

I can't find the option to transfer to a friend.

when I hit the " Send&Request"

Then i type in my friend's email

When I hit "Next" all I'm left with is the amount I wanted to send.

and it says " Paying for an item or service" below that. it's fixed not an option.

How can I send to a friend in that case?

Sadly that option is not available in every country and I believe that yours is one of those countries where its no available.
