Transfer pending A transfer to an individual was supposed to have been completed on Feb 28, but is still pending. I am having problems contacting PayPal. I would cancel the transaction but I have already made my payment to PayPal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
