Hi! I had a friend send me money through paypal to my account . It sent successfully on his end but I never received the money and also it says I need an account? But I already have an account which is the same one I've been transacting with the past months. My friend sent the money to this same account (a screenshot as well for confirmation) but the transfer is not showing up. I'd like to troubleshoot this please, thank you!
