Hey everybody! I have transferred bank money to my PayPal balance 8 days ago, it was $115 and I have yet to receive it. It's stuck on pending, I also can't seem to cancel it.
Sorry can't help you. You have not shown what country you are in on your profile OR said what country you are in. As Paypal is country specific then we can't advise without knowing that information.
