Transfer amounts do not match

The amount my husband transferred is $10 less than the amount PayPal is wanting me to accept. Can anyone tell me why? He sent it friends and family and this has never happened before.

I have the same problem. I sent money to a friend. My receipt said I paid $60 and she would receive $60, but she only received $57. I tried to open a ticket with PayPal, but they keep rejecting it because my receipt says she received the money, even though I keep explaining that she didn't. It is so frustrating because they don't ask questions, or try to redirect me for help - just close the ticket. ARGH!
