So I am using PayPal to purchase something that only takes PayPal and I have a vanilla gift card to do so. I made two transactions and both appear on both the cards recent purchase list and PayPal’s recent purchase list. However there’s a pending transaction for a payment that only appears on the cards list and says it’s been made by PayPal. How do I fix this and get my money back?
