Hi everyone, a person told me that he will send money to me from USD to MYR. However, he told me that he cant transfer to me unless i get a verification code from purchasing a game which he needs the code to let him proceed with the transaction. I am confused about this. Is this a scam? Does it happen to foreign transaction?

In order for your PayPal account to receive money, the sender just needs to use a confirmed email or mobile number that's in your account.
