Generally, fairly instantly unless there are account issues, technical difficulties, PayPal reviewing transactions, bank delays with moving the money or holidays/weekends.

More or less instant to show in your paypal account but allow up to a couple of hours.

Or are you talking about withdrawals?

Well you asked how long do transactions /transfers take, so we told you.

You did not ask how long pending payments into your paypal account take to clear.

Firstly you have 0 seller protection for motor vehicles on paypal so paypal would have been the last payment processor I would personally have used.

Are you sure the funds are actually SHOWING in your paypal balance??

Secondly..........

New seller hold, however as you can't provide a tracking number as per link you may have to wait the full 21 days.

Why did you not accept cash on collection?
