So basically I was trying to buy something with balance with me account, but it has asked me for a credit card. So I linked the card but am unsure if it will charge the card or decrease the balance (The item is $40, my balance is $60).
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
