Transactions aren’t going through

I have not been able to purchase anything on EBay for 4 days. I tried 2 different credit cards and then added a third in Paypal for items previously won or bought as ‘Buy It Now’.  Next , I tried to send my money from a Paypal-known and established checking account that I have used for years to add money to my Paypal cash account to pay for some purchases on eBay. I can’t figure out why I can log into my Paypal account but nothing transaction-related works. I called on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and each time the agent told me there was a different problem. I will lose the items from the EBay merchants if Paypal doesn’t fix this problem soon. I applied for Paypal credit and for some reason, I was denied and the bank servicing those accounts didn’t say why in the letter they snail mailed to me. Can anyone help?

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Well, after 6 calls to Customer Service in 7 days, talking to every non-English speaking person in the world, no one at Customer Service has been able to help. I still can’t make any transactions.

Same problem here mate they act like you need to verify then ask you some fake verification questions on some fake verification system they say they use over phone text ect . PayPal just needs to stop messing around with peoples life's and personal details/stuff but hey
