when wanting to make an transaction my PayPal gives me the notification of ‘this card can’t be used for this transaction’ what can i do about this?

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

Does the billing address match your paypal account address?

Is it in date and a card paypal account issued in your country?

Failing that try adding and confirming again or try another funding source.
