I recently bought a concert ticket on 9/22 , It directly showed the bank paid the amount to paypal, but the transaction is not showing on paypal or the merchant where I bought the concert ticket @@ I want to file a complaint but it seemed it needed to have recent activity showing the purchase. What should I do?
