Transaction rejected

Trying to pay for something and it keeps saying transaction rejected please contact the buyer. I’m the buyer! I checked everything, billing address, account balances etc. there’s no reason for the transaction not to go through. What’s up????

If you are using debit or credit card, it has happened all weekend when trying to do these type of transactions. Mine did the same thing when I called to pay a bill using automated system, even the rep that it transferred me to said it was rejecting it so I had to use my checking account number instead of debit card. Try again later and see if problem is fixed.
