Transaction problem

I have received some amount through one website , the amount is sended to the PayPal website by that website . But I recieved the email from PayPal they not give that amount in my paypal account , in mail they telling about we have to know more about you and your transaction . For this log In into your account and go to resolution centre . If I don't do this then they return my amount to that website . How can I get my amount , please help me to solve my problem.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
