Transaction problem

Okay so i sent a request link to a number and cancelled the transaction after as it was an accident. The money got taken from the number holder account although it just dissipated into nothing. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out! Normally you're unable to cancel a payment unless the payment has a status of "Unclaimed". If you have cancelled an unclaimed payment, unfortunately we are still unable to cancel the funds being pulled from the funding source. If it was pulled from a bank, it will take 3-5 business days to clear and post into your PayPal account balance. From there you can withdraw your funds right back to your bank.
