Transaction not showing in activity ...

Hi all!

I have made a purchase on september the 3rd (2019), got the product, but the transaction does not appear in the Activity list to this date. Where has the transaction gone ? 🙂 Thank you!

Did you use PayPal Guest checkout? Because those transactions is not recorded to the PayPal activity. Do a search also of your email inbox for a PayPal receipt at time of purchase which has the receipt ID number on it. That's the way you can tell if you logged in to PayPal account to pay or paid with a card without logging in to a PayPal account. If you can't find it, then you may have to contact PayPal to help you find it:

 

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US, EMAIL US or online Chat (if available).

If you need to file a dispute, that receipt ID number is what you need to file with PayPal via customer service, otherwise, it has to be filed with the financial institution that you used to pay, if they accept disputes.
