Transaction not in my account summary

I  made a payment,appears in the bank account, but not in paypal summary.I have no message in paypal account,or e-mail to show me the eventuality of a limitation ot other problem .

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

If the payment doesn't show on your PayPal Activity Page, then the transaction was probably processed as a guest checkout. A guest checkout occurs when you make a transaction without logging into your PayPal account. If you run into any issues with the transaction, you may be able to report a problem by contacting Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
