Transaction message not received

I transaction was done to my phone no where a client transferred Euros 100 to my phone no on 25.06.2021.He received a message today that the money will be returned to his account if I dont accept the transaction.I have not received any message or transaction to accept.Is there a particular place in Paypal or I have to keep waiting for the message.

Should show on the app on your phone as long as you confirmed the number on the app or on your paypal account.
