Transaction marked completed but nothing has arrived

Hi, I have an account with wise.com and they did provide a USD account details that i used to link to PayPal
and has been successfully verified, the microtransactions has made it through just fine but then I made my first transaction on it
at the 20th of April, transaction has been marked Completed and the customer service has nothing to say but that!
it has been 2 weeks and nothing showed up in the bank account, the bank side on wise.com requires a proof of the transaction details
and the transaction details print from my account isn't enough, have anyone came across this issue before?
