hello everyone, i transfered $112.5 to this account but he received only $12.5, can anyone tell me what happened? i saw the both Transaction ID are not same and he is in US and i'm in germany btw.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
