I tried order something from a site but when I tried to complete the order I received a message that there was an unexpected error with paypal. On the site I was ordering from it says I have no orders pending so it seems it didn't go through but yet there is a charge pending in my bank account. I didn't receive a receipt email from paypal and the charge doesn't show up in my activity. Should I call my bank and have them cancel the charge? I don't know what to do here.
