I had recently decided to buy a product from a US E-Commerce site which has pay through Paypal facilities. I just want to know whether there will be any crossborder transaction charges apart from exchange rates. My location is India. I'm having an International Debit Card from MasterCard.

No PayPal cross border fee for buyers other than currency exchange/conversion fees where applicable. The seller bears PayPal fee for receiving domestic/cross border payments resulting from commercial transactions.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
