We usually send invoices in USD and receive payment in USD or EU. But from last couple of days paypal is not allowing to raise invoices in USD and giving an error message that "transaction blocked and all domestic transactions should be done in INR". Though our client address is US, currency is USD, still paypal is considering its a domestic transaction. it is making us huge loss and we lost this deal for the delay in sending invoice. I was trying to reach customer care but it says due to covid cust care is not available and we should get support from help page, which is not of any use. I appreciate if aAnybody can help with this request.
