I recently sent a payment that the person I was sending to realized was the wrong email and that they do not have a PayPal account connected to that email so they want me to cancel it. However, when I log in under activity my payment shows the transaction type: "Money sent - Canceled". I did not cancel it but that is what I want to do so does this mean it is actually canceled? Thanks!
