I had had two transactions, both were refunded, but my bank account was still charged...When will the refund(s) go in? This will mess up my account, and I have bills to pay...They were for $440.00
These were cancelled right away too, at the time of sending the money, not 10 minutes later... The people receiving the money had problems with their PayPal accounts, is why the refunds were made...
