Transaction Cancelled

Hello, I recently made a purchase on target.com, they cancelled my order. I would assume I am supposed to get a refund. Now the transaction is not showing up on PayPal and the money is still charged on my card

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having with a payment that you made. If you received communication that a refund has been initiated and you are not seeing it within your account, please contact our customer service. You can call, send a private message through Facebook or send a direct message through Twitter
