Hi. PLEASE help. I currently have a negative balance in my PayPal account. This is a separate issue that I am trying to resolve. I am also a landlord, my tenant sent me this month's rent via PayPal. I did not want her to do so because of my current account issue. Now, the money that she sent to me I cannot transfer to my bank account. I have to have that money in my bank account to pay the apartment. What do I do?
