Hello,
I'm from the U.K., trying to purchase a music cassette from a German label on Bandcamp. I receive the message "We can't complete your purchase at this time. To comply with regulatory requirements, this transaction has been declined" when attempting to do so and the transaction is refused.
I also tried to make the purchase without signing into my account, using the Guest option. I received the message: "We’re Sorry. Things don’t appear to be working at the moment."
This is the first time such a thing has happened. Anyone have any ideas?
