Time of sending money between 2 PayPal accounts based in UK

How long time is it take to send money between two PayPal accounts when both are based in UK? Is it the fastest way by a phone?

Paypal payments are more or less instant but allow a couple of hours.

That is unless the sender sends an echeque which would take 5-7 working days to clear.

However once its in your paypal balance you may face a delay withdrawing the funds if you are a new seller or a first time transfer to bank account which can be up to 21 days for a new seller or 72 hours for a bank transfer.
