This server accepts paypal payment only through their website error. How to fix this

Please help this code. I cannot receive refunds because I get a not where it says I can only receive through my website. I used to be able to receive refunds now I cant. Please help

I'm sorry to hear that senders are seeing this error when trying to send you a payment. Are they sending to the correct email address? Is there a limitation on your account? If it's the incorrect address or there's a limitation, that might cause the error you describe.
