I am setting up Wordpress Paypal Donation plugin. The recurring payment function is working. However, the "pay once" function keep giving me the following error no matter I use live account or sandbox account:
Currently PayPal accounts in Hong Kong are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds.
