So I'm trying to send money to a customer
He paid me for a product now I want to get him back some of the money like a discount, but when I try I get this message
This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions.
I try doing it on the mobile app, I also get an error message saying: You can't send them money, your recipient can't accept payments right now
Any advice on how to resolve this?
