My mom paypaled him 65 and he said he didn’t not know who it was so I asked if he got the money and he said he thought it was random and refunded it. I never got a email saying it was refunded or never got anything. He is refusing to give me what was purchased and I don’t kno what to do? I also have proof of the money being sent.
