most of the cards in egypt is not accepted on paypal .. due to some new rules have been made by the government in 2017 ...

you all may use PAYSERA card , it is working alright ...

after receiving paysera card it won't be accepted either , i have suffered from that problem and  i found out that you will have to charge it with a little amount of money before using it ..
