Things don't appear to be working at the moment.

I have a customer trying to pay an invoice that was generated via PayPal and send via email. Every time they try to pay this online, they get the error saying "things don't appear to be working at the moment" and cant move forward with payment .

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues receiving a payment through an invoice! It sounds like there may be some things we'd want to take a further look at on the buyer's end. I would recommend having your buyer reach out to us directly so that we can assist.
