Has anyone else had frustration or issue with 'preferred way to pay'? I set up an account to be a preferred way and I ended up being charged from the wrong account. After waiting for a WEEK for my issue to be resolved online, I decided to google (because the information is no where on the site) a customer service line. When I was on the line with a representative, she told me there's basically no point to preferred way to pay and if I don't want money coming from other accounts I would have to delete them entirely. Isn't the point of paypal to be able to have numerous accounts/cards in one place to easily choose between the two?? I'm incredible frustrated and wanting to delete my account. I've been a loyal member for over 4 years and their customer service was terrible.
