I suddenly have this error message when i was trying to send money. I am verified and I've been sending and receiving money before without any issue.
The only thing change is when i recently received money i was tried to put it in Paypal wallet instead of directly to my bank. I then changed it and deposit it straight to my bank but after that i cannot send money anymore.
Please help!

In general, it sounds like your account may have been limited. When that happens, you should be able to see in your Resolution Centre some steps to complete to resolve the issue. You should have also received an email with more information.
